Cotton Carrier Ltd. offers a 100%, full refund policy for 14 days upon receiving your Cotton Carrier system. You are required to contact us of your intent to return your Cotton Carrier product via email at info@cottoncarrier.com. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number, and are required to ship the item back to us at your expense via USPS or your country’s postal service.
