Cotton Carrier original, flat, virtually indestructible, friction-free, hard-anodized aluminum hub. This hub is only required if you need a spare or have lost your original hub.
Compatible with all Cotton Carrier Models.
Single Kit: Includes one flat aluminum hub plus (1) hi-density rubber washer, (1) stainless steel marine grade camera mounting bolt, (1) allen key, and (1) split-ring for a tether strap.

How do I use the tripod or quick release?
The hardware has a tripod holed milled into it for tripod use. If you use quick release we recommend the Universal Tripod Adapter Plate or Universal Arca Swiss L-Bracket.

The harness system is one size fits all with 6 points of adjustment. We get lots of positive feedback from woman photographers.

Does the system work for large telephotos like a 600mm?
The carrier will not fail under the weight of your camera/lens setup. A 600mm will place your weight forward and for some, it becomes a bit awkward. The system will not fail, but it becomes a subjective matter of comfort.
Can I add another camera or binocular holster after?
Yes, we offer a modular side holster with camera or binocular hardware. Or the individual hardware for camera or binoculars can be purchased independently.
Can I put my camera into the binocular carrier's receiver? Or vice versa?
All hardware uses the same twist and lock system, so you can place your camera or binoculars interchangeably in any receiver.
Used it hiking and biking with an aps-c mirror less and 70-350mm zoom. Fantastic. No pain and stable camera. Fabric breathes well.
My old Cotton side holster recently broke so I purchased a new slingbelt. I was surprised to find that my old hubs didn't fit my new slingbelt. I contacted Cotton and they made me an incredible deal to replace all of my old hubs. I carry all of my big lenses (400-800mm, 200-600mm, 100-400mm and 70-200mm) on my slingbelt while riding my electric bike. This is the only system that allows me quick access to my cameras and still use a monopod or tripod. In addition to my new purchase, I have multiple handstraps, a chest harness, etc. I'm all in on their products.
Needed an extra hub for my long lens, and this fits the bill. Works great on the tripod bracket.

I have taken sick over the last week and I have not had the chance to try out this new part to see if it had taken care of the problem I was experiencing at this time.
