Very comfortable. Carries a lot of gear. Fits a woman’s body much better than the regular cotton carrier, and seems customizable for all different sized and shaped bodies. Well made like all Cotton Carrier stuff. This will be my new go-to bag for day hikes with a camera and 300mm lens plus one spare wide angle lens. Managed to even fit my camping stool, with room to spare for snacks.

It's an ok bag. Quality wise it's good but there's no compartments inside the bag. You have to use that little insert bag. The insert bag is poorly designed. It doesn't open very far and that makes it hard to get anything in or out. I have a large lense for animal photography that doesn't fit anywhere.

Gone are the days of wearing my heavy camera around my neck, risking it banging into trees or the ground as I maneuver around in the woods looking for mushrooms. I’ve been looking for a product like this for months and finally came across cotton carrier. The cross body strap feels a bit off balance at first due to its asymmetry - but I quickly got used to it and now can’t imagine shooting without it. My camera is always within reach, with just a gentle twist of the camera body, but secure enough that I felt confident I wasn’t going to accidentally dislodge it. After only a few trips out, with much crawling around the forest floor, I’m thrilled I made this purchase and only wish I would have bought it sooner. The price tag may seem steep to some, but the quality really is there. There is so much attention to detail and it certainly meets the craftsmanship you’d expect of something worth a couple hundred dollars with the snag proof zippers and heavily reinforced seams. It’s really easy to spin the backpack to the side to access the pouches, even while the camera is attached.

Just what I expected

I love this bag. It is easy to get around hands-free, with the camera hanging from the apparatus on the front. The bag also has space for extra camera equipment or, as I use it, for art supplies. It is a very well thought out design, with adjustable straps to maximize comfort.
